What you will do

• Engineer and operate the data platform, member portal, and analytics stack
• Build payment and settlement integrations with member systems
• Design digital public infrastructure reference architectures for programmes
• Hold the security bar: the coalition’s systems carry sovereign data
• Ship accessible, fast, multilingual interfaces

What you bring

• 15+ years in development finance, central banking, or an adjacent institution, with senior leadership experience
• A record of building and leading high-performing international teams
• Deep credibility with ministries, central banks, or institutional investors
• An advanced degree in economics, finance, law, or a related field
• Fluent English; a second coalition-region language is a strong advantage
