The coalition is directed by its Governing Council and run by a Secretariat of senior officials drawn from central banks, finance ministries, and the private sector across the Américas, África, and Asia.

Structure & oversight

  1. Appointment

    The Governing Council appoints the Secretary-General and approves senior officials; regional directors are nominated by member central banks and finance authorities.

  2. Committees

    The Investment, Audit & Risk, and Integrity & Ethics committees oversee the Secretariat’s work; the Independent Evaluation Panel reports above management, not to it.

  3. Verification

    The register is maintained by the Office of the General Counsel and reconciled against member records each quarter. Restricted entries are disclosed to verified members only.
