Director, Capacity Development

What you will do

• Design capacity programmes delivered alongside every material commitment
• Advise central banks, regulators, and debt-management offices directly
• Build local training pipelines so expertise stays in the institution
• Measure capacity outcomes against the exit test: does it run without us?
• Coordinate technical assistance across the three regional secretariats

What you bring

• 15+ years in development finance, central banking, or an adjacent institution, with senior leadership experience
• A record of building and leading high-performing international teams
• Deep credibility with ministries, central banks, or institutional investors
• An advanced degree in economics, finance, law, or a related field
• Fluent English; a second coalition-region language is a strong advantage
