Director, Portfolio Risk — África Region

What you will do

• Run independent risk review of proposed commitments, separate from origination
• Maintain portfolio limits by economy, sector, and instrument
• Operate the integrity and anti-corruption framework, including confidential channels
• Report risk positions to the Risk & Audit Committee
• Keep safeguards and KYC standards current across all three regions

What you bring

• 15+ years in development finance, central banking, or an adjacent institution, with senior leadership experience
• A record of building and leading high-performing international teams
• Deep credibility with ministries, central banks, or institutional investors
• An advanced degree in economics, finance, law, or a related field
• Fluent English; a second coalition-region language is a strong advantage
