What you will do

• Originate commitments with member central banks and finance ministries across the region
• Structure blended-finance transactions — concessional layers, guarantees, and first-loss cover
• Carry proposals through independent review, committee, and Board approval
• Manage a portfolio of active commitments against the results framework
• Syndicate participation to co-financiers under the common-terms framework

What you bring

• 15+ years in development finance, central banking, or an adjacent institution, with senior leadership experience
• A record of building and leading high-performing international teams
• Deep credibility with ministries, central banks, or institutional investors
• An advanced degree in economics, finance, law, or a related field
• Fluent English; a second coalition-region language is a strong advantage
