What you will do

• Manage funding, liquidity, and the asset-liability position
• Execute capital-markets transactions and investor-relations programmes
• Develop local-currency solutions that keep FX risk off member balance sheets
• Price guarantees and first-loss instruments with the Investment Office
• Maintain the liquidity buffer to policy

What you bring

• 12+ years of directly relevant experience, including team leadership
• A track record of delivery in multilateral, sovereign, or institutional settings
• Recognised technical authority in the function’s domain
• An advanced degree in a relevant discipline
• Fluent English; additional languages valued
