Principal, Co-Investment Partnerships

What you will do

• Originate commitments with member central banks and finance ministries across the region
• Structure blended-finance transactions — concessional layers, guarantees, and first-loss cover
• Carry proposals through independent review, committee, and Board approval
• Manage a portfolio of active commitments against the results framework
• Syndicate participation to co-financiers under the common-terms framework

What you bring

• 10+ years of progressively senior, directly relevant experience
• Demonstrated ownership of complex transactions, programmes, or analyses end to end
• Comfort operating across cultures, time zones, and institutional counterparts
• An advanced degree in a relevant discipline
• Fluent English; additional languages valued
