Principal Officer, Procurement & Implementation

What you will do

• Deliver approved commitments: procurement, implementation, and administration
• Run programme offices with member delivery institutions
• Track disbursement, milestones, and covenant compliance
• Coordinate across secretariats to one operating standard
• Own the operational-risk register for delivery

What you bring

• 10+ years of progressively senior, directly relevant experience
• Demonstrated ownership of complex transactions, programmes, or analyses end to end
• Comfort operating across cultures, time zones, and institutional counterparts
• An advanced degree in a relevant discipline
• Fluent English; additional languages valued
