Senior Investment Officer, Multimodal Mobility

What you will do

• Originate commitments with member central banks and finance ministries across the region
• Structure blended-finance transactions — concessional layers, guarantees, and first-loss cover
• Carry proposals through independent review, committee, and Board approval
• Manage a portfolio of active commitments against the results framework
• Syndicate participation to co-financiers under the common-terms framework

What you bring

• 7+ years of directly relevant professional experience
• Proven excellence in the craft of the role — the work speaks for itself
• Experience in emerging markets or multilateral institutions preferred
• A strong first degree; an advanced degree is an advantage
• Fluent English; additional languages valued
