- Operate the disclosure policy, including information requests and appeals
- Manage counterparty legal risk across jurisdictions
- Keep the coalition’s charter and by-laws current
What you bring
- 15+ years in development finance, central banking, or an adjacent institution, with senior leadership experience
- A record of building and leading high-performing international teams
- Deep credibility with ministries, central banks, or institutional investors
- An advanced degree in economics, finance, law, or a related field
- Fluent English; a second coalition-region language is a strong advantage
