What you will do

  • Negotiate and document transactions across the instrument toolkit
  • Advise the Governing Council, Board, and committees on governance texts
  • Operate the disclosure policy, including information requests and appeals
  • Manage counterparty legal risk across jurisdictions
  • Keep the coalition’s charter and by-laws current

What you bring

  • 10+ years of progressively senior, directly relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ownership of complex transactions, programmes, or analyses end to end
  • Comfort operating across cultures, time zones, and institutional counterparts
  • An advanced degree in a relevant discipline
  • Fluent English; additional languages valued
