- Evaluate portfolio outcomes against the common results framework
- Publish findings in full — including the failures
- Design evaluation methods and verification protocols
- Report directly to the Governing Council, above management
- Follow up management’s response to recommendations
What you bring
- 10+ years of progressively senior, directly relevant experience
- Demonstrated ownership of complex transactions, programmes, or analyses end to end
- Comfort operating across cultures, time zones, and institutional counterparts
- An advanced degree in a relevant discipline
- Fluent English; additional languages valued
