Principal Evaluation Officer, Country Programmes

What you will do

• Evaluate portfolio outcomes against the common results framework
• Publish findings in full — including the failures
• Design evaluation methods and verification protocols
• Report directly to the Governing Council, above management
• Follow up management’s response to recommendations

What you bring

• 10+ years of progressively senior, directly relevant experience
• Demonstrated ownership of complex transactions, programmes, or analyses end to end
• Comfort operating across cultures, time zones, and institutional counterparts
• An advanced degree in a relevant discipline
• Fluent English; additional languages valued
